Selected as Switzerland’s representative in the “race” for the Oscars, the film “FOUDRE” produced by Close Up Films launches its promotional campaign. Shot in the heart of the magnificent Binntal region in Valais, it’s logical that the Valais Film Commission (VFC) decided to collaborate with the production to support its campaign and strengthen Valais as a land for films.

In addition to the participation of the VFC, “FOUDRE” can count on the invaluable support of the municipality of Binn, the Landschaftpark Binntal, the municipality of Ernen, EW Binn (Elektrizitätsgenossenschaft Binn) and the Service de la culture du Valais. Together, we are hoping for a nomination at the 95th Academy Awards in the USA, demonstrating the strength of our collaboration and our determination to position the Valais on the world cinema stage.
